- The UK Government will decide today whether to extend the lockdown which finishes on Sunday. It is being reported that the lockdown will be extended until beyond the Easter weekend
- The Welsh Government have already announced that the lockdown in Wales will be extended for at least a week
- Rebecca Mack from Newcastle became the latest nurse to die from the Covid-19 virus
